I am a wife, a mother of two young children and I have struggled with eczema and digestion issues for many years , through my early adulthood and through pregnancy. After a lot of research, changes to my diet and daily habits I noticed that coffee was a trigger for me.

After removing coffee I also noticed that my anxiety, jitters and headaches also disappeared. Although I do love the smell and thought of having a nice cup of coffee that energized me,  I made a new habit of not drinking it at all. This was very challenging for me to do and I so often found myself back brewing a cup!  

I then came across Yerba Mate ( yuh·buh ma·tei ) a tea known as "the gift of the gods" in South America. I learnt it is a stimulating and nutritious beverage brewed from the leaves of a small tree native to Argentina, Paraguay, and Brazil. In many parts of South America, yerba mate is much more popular than coffee, it is a energy herb. Yerba mate has about as much caffeine as green tea. The caffeine's found in coffee, green tea, and chocolate have slightly different chemical structures and effects on the mind and body. If you use loose yerba mate and a bombilla, you can easily reach caffeination levels as strong as espresso! After trying and enjoying it so much I then realised its many other health benefits! Why wouldn't you drink Sunshine Yerba Mate ? I had to share this with other's who like me struggle with the effects of coffee.
